Khanbogd Cashmere and Monkhorus Solar Showcase Renewable Energy Project

Khanbogd Cashmere LLC and Monkhorus Solar LLC, committed to advancing green development and sustainable manufacturing, successfully held an opening event to showcase their pioneering renewable energy project, which has been jointly implemented since 2021.

As part of the project, solar energy systems have been gradually introduced at the Khanbogd Cashmere production facility. In 2025, the installation of a high-capacity HUAWEI battery energy storage system further advanced the company’s use of renewable energy to a new level.

Representatives of HUAWEI and the management of Monkhorus Group attended the event and signed a memorandum of understanding with Khanbogd Cashmere LLC to expand future cooperation and increase the project’s capacity.

Today, the project is recognized not only as a practical example of renewable energy adoption in the cashmere industry, but also as a model project demonstrating sustainable development in the manufacturing sector.
