PLACING AN ORDER:
- You can place an order at www.khanbogdcashmere.com for 24 hours.
- You can either register or visit as a guest to our site to make a purchase. If you register, you can review your orders, and by entering your birth date, you may collect bonus points for your future shopping.
MAKING THE PAYMENT:
- If the customer chooses to use the bank card, SocialPay, StorePay, or Qpay as a payment method when place an order, the order will be confirmed automatically when the payment information reaches our system.
- If the customer chooses to make a bank transfer as a payment method, he/she should confirm the order in 24 hours by following the instructions. If the order is not confirmed according to the instruction within 24 hours, it will be canceled. A canceled order will not be recovered, therefore, the customer must place a new order.
- We shall not be liable for the order that is canceled due to not making the transfer within 24 hours according to the instruction.
- Once the order is confirmed, the customer cannot cancel, change, or return the order.
- An email will be sent to the e-mail address that the customer provided, notifying the order has been confirmed and finalized by Khanbogd Cashmere, and that the delivery has been placed.
- The order will be successfully confirmed when the payment is made 100%, and the information is registered in our system through the related organization. Khanbogd Cashmere LLC shall not be liable for any failure to confirm the order due to any situation or error that occurred in making payment caused by the bank or payment system that the customer used.
